Privacy Statement and Policy.

HereNowThis collects the user email address during registration. This is used to identify the user and allow them to log in to the app. We may use this address to contact the user about the production. We do not share this information with any third parties.

Also during registration, users may optionally note if they have any accessibility requirements. This information is purely voluntary, and it is used only to help manage the audience at the event locations, and automatically by the app UI to make the experience more accessible.

During the time of the production while the app is running, the participant's location is periodically tracked via GPS and stored on our servers. The participant's start and finish of a particular event location is also tracked. This is all used exclusively for the use of the production and to ensure proper audience management at the locations.

There is no advertising in this app. The user information is not shared with any third parties.
